Process & Policies
A refundable deposit of $150 is required to lock your position in my build list.
The deposit becomes nonrefundable when the build begins or when I have purchased special materials, such as wood or tuners. This is roughly 1-2 months before I begin building.
The deposit is applied to the final cost of the instrument.
When you make your deposit we will have a discussion about general design choices so we can get a rough price quote in place.
After your deposit is paid, you start to think about the specs and design choices you would like in more depth. I will reach out 1-2 months before your build begins to discuss details and finalize your price quote if it differs from the original quote. Then I will begin to source any materials that I may need.
I am solely responsible for sourcing materials for the instrument, your input is welcome but final acquisition is my role.
